Debut in Coimbatore

As the Shriram Properties group debuted in Bangalore through its maiden projects in 1995, Shriram Properties (Cbe) Pvt. Ltd. stepped into the Coimbatore in 2006, with a strong commitment to bring a new level of quality.

Coimbatore City

Coimbatore is an affluent and enterprising city of legendary entrepreneurs. Close to the foothills of the Western Ghats it has a temperate climate (17 to 34 degree Celsius). The city has exotics summer resorts like Ooty, kodaikkanal and Moonnar at a few hours drive. With a strong agricultural base Coimbatore has a large number of industries in textile, textile machinery, engineering and casting. Today it is also a destination for higher studies and speciality health care.
